Tellwell is currently in pilot testing. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Tellwell generates a draft resume and cover letter from the information you provide (your background, uploaded resume, and a target job posting) using automated, AI-assisted processing. The output is a starting draft — you're responsible for reviewing it for accuracy before sending it to anyone.
Your account and content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You're responsible for making sure it's accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. Don't upload anyone else's personal information without their permission.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles that. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" during this pilot period. We don't guarantee the generated content is free of errors, or that it will get you an interview or a job. Always proofread before you use it.
Changes
Since we're in active pilot testing, these terms may change as the product evolves. We'll update the date above when they do.
